HTC p4350 (dopod c858)

I try to update and I need to hard reset and I do this and after hard reset my dopod blocked on start! How I can resolve this problem? After this I try flash new rom and I have error INVALID MODEL ID or UPDATE ERROR?

btw...yesterday I make full backup with aWizard and now I can restore because I cant turn on my dopod and connect with ActiveSync, only bootloader can!Have come other method to restore backup or flash new Windows Mobile?
