Yes, time for me to get a new phone. So far I've narrowed it down to:

HTC Kaiser:
++everything
--price

O2 XDA Atom Exec:
++price
+looks
+small
-802.11b
-64MB RAM

Toshiba G900:
++screen
-looks
-battery

Any other suggestions? Basically I am looking for a smaller PocketPC Phone with at least a reasonable battery life and a good amount of RAM (I have problems with 64MB on my Axim already).

If you are willing to wait, the Kaiser will be out on Rogers by the end of the year. People at Howardforums are saying it should be out by December, but I haven't seen a date yet. It will lower the price of the PDA if you sign a 3 year data/voice plan...but you have to be willing to commit to a contract...which I personally hate doing.

Can I get a phone that has wifi built in so I can still surf the web on my home network without paying Verizon for web service?

Make sure the cell data/web service is DISABLED so it does not automatically come on if your wi-fi signal drops. Also make sure Verizon won't charge you a penalty for not using their data service.

Thanks -- I landed on the Samsung SCH-i760. You can tell if it's using wifi or the data package. You have to buy the data package, but my verizon rep told me I could drop it without penalty after 90 days. Love the phone.
