Hey Quick Question, I've just recently noticed the new model announced by Sony Erickson the "Xperia X1" and read it has a 520mhz Processor.

a year or two back I never really considered getting a WM Phone/Smartphone mainly because its processor was never as powerful as my Axim X50v this new guy seems to be a good contender.

My question is how well do smart phones run windows mobile application (speed/compatibility)? at 520mhz my x50v runs most applications really smooth (on WM2003SE), but it doesn't have any background programs running that a phone might, not to mention if WM6 is more of a power hog. I know you can't comment on this model because its not out yet, but based on previous smartphone models? How is performance on them? clunky?
