I don't think this phone was mentioned here yet, if it has I apologize.
Sony Ericsson's Xperia X1 was announced I believe Feb. 10th.

Another camera built into front I believe for video calls.

"Optical Joystick" Motion sensor (with UI auto-rotate) sort of like a trackball mouse without the ball?
Networks: GSM+ / EDGE / HSDPA / HSUPA / UMTS+
(So essentially AT&T/T-Mobile I think maybe one or two more U.S. Carriers)
110 x 17 x 53 mm
4.3 x 0.7 x 2.1 inches

Release dates i've read so far are:
"Mid 2008"
"Second half of 2008"

I've been in the market for a Windows Mobile Phone. Honestly for the U.S. market I didn't really see one that was as powerful as an Axim X50v, until I saw this one. I think the size is perfect, balance between screen size and keeping it small. WM6, 520MHz proc and 800x480 res screen has already won me over.

The question for me now is price? If you go realistically and based on Sony Ericsson's previous track record there high end phones usually started out selling at $800-$900 and this phone doesn't get any higher end. Also if you Google this phone, you will see already a few sites taking pre-orders at $900-$1000, however most of the sites taking pre-orders are ones I've never heard of, and some even give html errors.

Hope: If you check out the phone's look / user interface, I think you can agree they are trying to compete with IPhone's style (I'm saying just style). My hope is that they will competitively price the Xperia X1 with the IPhone. $900 + terminating current cell plan would be extremely costly.

I don't know if it came off the HTC production line.. but it looks like it's going to be pushed/sold/Branded as a Sony Erikson phone.
