Hey guys,

My sister just got an XV6700 on our Verizon plan. We didnt upgrade to the wireless broadband/EVDO plan. We dont want to, not for the price. The phone has Wifi. So, I am wondering if it is possible to set it to where it wont use the over the air internet so we wont get charged? She wants to rely only on Wifi to get the net.

Sorry if this sounds confusing/dumb to people, Im only familiar with my X30.

Alot of these phones "automatically" connet via EVDO, so your best bet may be to call Verizon and have them DISABLE her data to avoid unwanted data carges.
