Okay, getting a bit frustrated. This morning when I grabbed my Axim there was a line going across the screen. It hasn't been dropped or anything like that and it's stored in the cradle. I've done a soft and hard reset, but I can't get it to go away...can anyone help me? Not sure if it matters, but my laptop did get dropped yesterday while the cradle (with ppc in it) was still hooked (via usb cable) to it.

I would think that dropping your PC with the cradle attached only mattered it it drug off the desk with it.

Have you tried running a business card around the edge of the screen to see if something might be caught under the edge? Sometimes dirt, crumbs, etc can cause weird problems.

The cradle didn't get pulled off (thankfully!!). I took your advice, but it didn't work. Please, someone tell me that I'm not going to be stuck looking at that line!
