X3 turns off & won't turn on

My X3 turns off w/out warning and won't turn back on. Has happened on occasion, now more frequently. Only way to get back on is to "twist" it. Seems like loose connection, but took it apart & cleaned all connectors. Any comments? Is this a symptom of the screen or the board?

If when you turn it back on eventually, all your previous windows etc. are still open - it suggests the screen is at fault.

If however you lose data, it is more likley to be a hardware/battery fault.
