A while back I pulled the SD card out of my Axim X3 without pushing it in first. Ever since then, the PDA won't read the card. I did verify that the card works on a different machine. I have also done a hard reset of the PDA, but it still won't acknowledge that the card is there.

Can anyone offer me a suggestion?

Try put a different sd card in and seeing if the machine reads it. If not, then you may have broken the card mechanism.

I don't know if you've done this yet, but you might need to reset the card extractor, for lack of better words. Put the card in and then push it to remove it. I'm sure you've already thought of this though, so.
