Hi folks,
Turned on my x30h after a month of no use and to my surprise I have lines of dead pixels. I have never had any related problems in the past.

These lines are approximately the size of the '-' character on the axim screen and there around 6 of them in the upper right half of the axim screen.

Anyone seen this before? Any solutions\suggestions?
I tried calling tech support, but i keep getting a message that they are currently experiencing "technical problems" and then the system hangs up on me . I will attempt to call again.

I doubt its under warranty anymore, so i dont know if dell will send out a refurb or not. Youll have to call and see. Was is stored in any extreme conditions.
IE: Hot/cold, wet areas, etc.
