I recently purchased an Axim X3i from e-bay and it will not pick up WiFi network any where. I am running an open unsecured network at home and cannot connect to the network. The axim continually scans for networks in range ,but cannot locate one. SSID broadcast is enabled and working on the router (Linksys WRT54G). I have two computers running wireless connection and wireless music link,all of which connect with no problem. If anyone has any suggestions I am open for discussion. I have read thru and tried several different things from the WiFi FAQ to no avail.
Rom has been updated to version A02, but no luck there either, is there a way to verify if my wireless adapter is even functioning on the axim? I have connected once for about 5 seconds then it went to unavailable.
