Hi, I had a serious problem,
I lost all pc original accessories , now I have the pocket pc but I don’t have the software and charger, I want to know if its possible to charge the dell axim x3 only connecting it to a pc with a "USB Hotsync Dell Axim”, without any connection to the 220 line, also I need to know were can I download the software (companion cd), to make it run, actually It doesn’t turn on because battery is uncharged
I need it urgent, my work depends on it

With the standard USB cable from Dell, it will charge your axim very slowly as long as the Ax is turned off. There are other USB cables that you can buy that do not limit the power like the Dell cable does and they do a better job of charging while the unit is on.

You do not need any software other than ActiveSync 3.8 and you can download that from the MS website. The only other useful software is Outlook and you may already have that if you have MS Office loaded on your computer.

To get everything that you need you can just go on e-bay and you will find lots of affordable options.
