When I try to go to Comcast.net to check my email...I get to the point I can click the email link, then IE just shuts down. Some websites just don't work. I realize some aren't optimized for PDA/mobile but....

Am I doing something wrong? Can I set something to change this?

I am an Axim (X30...any WinPDA) newbie, I apologize if this is a stupid question. I searched the forums first but saw no posts similar. Also, if this is mis-catagorized, I apologize...I couldn't find a more appropriate forum.

PS- going to Amsterdam tomorrow...hope to use it there...FREE WIFI EVERYWHERE!

I use an x50v, but i would think that the regular POP email program (I think it is called Messaging in the Programs folder) should work for you, even when Pocket IE (PIE) doesn't. You would need to know your Incoming and Outgoing email server names. (example, Incoming = pop.comcast.net and Outgoing = smtp.comcast.net) I am not a comcast user so I could not say for sure what the settings should be, but I would think that Comcast help should have that info on their website....

thanks ! i am in amsterdam now and the email is working perfectly .
