Help!
I am having trouble deleting an audio file on my axim. Every time I try to delete the file I get an error message. Any suggestions? This file is taking up all of my storage memory. I really dont want to by more storage memory just because this is taking up everything.

If I cant delete this does anyone know how to reset my axim back to factory condition if possible.

I really appreciate any help! thanks!

What is the error message? Did you try a soft reset first? Did you try renaming the file extension? Did you try an alternative explorer program such as Total Commander or Resco Explorer?

To reset your device back to factory state, you need to do a hard reset, which involves holding down the power button while doing a soft reset (stylus into the reset hole at the back). Keep in mind, however, that a hard reset will NOT touch anything stored in memory cards or Built-in-Storage.
