I had that problem too. What happens is the FAT format can only handle X number of megs in the root folder. If you were to make a folder called music or something like that, you'd be able to put it all on there.

2 GB AGL SD card won't hold capacity
I can only get about25 mp3 songs on my 2 GB SD card and it stops copying and reads full or read only???????
