x3 not powering up
my x3 is not pwering up without a soft reset can someone help!!

Sounds like you have a very unhappy X3. Have you tried a hard reset, which will return it to the condition it came in from Dell? It will also wipe everything you've installed so backup your data first.

To get at the hard reset, hold the power button while you also press the reset thingy and respond to the menu that will appear on screen.

If the hard reset doesn' work, your X3 probably is dead. Sorry.

Raffy - I do think, as posted above, that your X3 is probably dead. I'm hoping someone else will pop into this thread to offer any other suggesitons that might revive it.

Worth a try to hard reset by removing the battery for 45 minutes.
