I am new to the pocket pc world and I am having problems with my e-mail. I have a axim x3 with wireless and everytime I try to connect to recieve my e-mail it says "Messages cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Make sure your connected and that your e-mail account settings are correct. Then try to download messages again"

I know that the settings are correct and that I am connected to the internet. I have tried to access my e-mail from internet explorer and when I get to the inbox it says welcome and it dosen't show any messages or options. I have outlook on my computer and the settings match what i have on my x3.

Please help. I would really like to get this figured out.
