X3 and Vista

I have an X3 with MS Pocket PC Version 4.2 (1996-2003). I recently got a new computer that came with Windows Vista. Is there any way at all that I can sync my pocket PC with the Mobile Devices Center? Are any upgrades now available for the X3? All I want to do is sync my calendar and to download a few games.

yea Windows Mobile Device Center..... when you download that check with microsoft updates to get updates for it
