Start, Settings always causes Soft reset
When I select Start, Settings, I always get a soft reset. This is even after I did a Hard Reset. The Dell support person said that my Axim has gone bad and since it is out of warranty, I need to call the Out of Warranty department. He said they would replace it for a fee.

Does anyone know how much this will cost?

I'll bump this, cause I don't think a dell customer support person saying that "your axims gone bad" is a relevant comment. You may need to flash the rom, but you may be able to update if your not on the latest rom version. Can you still gain access to your ax via activesync? ie; browse your axim via PC
