Aximsitex3icon x3i memory problem

Over the last couple of days, I've gotten a memory error with my x3i. Battery level has been 50% or lower. Initially, it does not power up but after connecting to external power, it will power up and report the message. Could it be time for me to just do a hard rest and restore from backup to see if it's just a flaky memory cell?

Any suggestions are appreciated. Otherwise, this unit is working fine.

Other info - I charge on the cradle at work and from time to time on a USB cable at home which works quite nicely. It also has a SanDisk 2gb SD card.

Hard resets usually fix any memory errors I get. However, it's best not to restore from a backup but start fresh to avoid restoring any problems you had before. It's also a good idea to monitor how much memory you have. Be sure to install things into BIS or memory card if possible, clear out temp files, use 3rd party utilities to properly close apps instead of minimizing them, soft reset regularly, etc.
