Hello,

The pins on my Axim X3 "broke" and I can longer sync nor charge the battery. I am looking for a repair service where I can get the Sync Connector replaced. Searching I came accross a few websites.

PDASmart.com and pocketpctechs.com/

These seem to be the Big Players in the field.

Now from the people that have used their services. How was your experience. Did you get the "Sync Connector Repaired" was it replaced for the same "bare pins" or did they repair it with the new "board"
Was the repair quick? Did you remember roughly how long it took.
Were they good at keeping up with communications such as telling you when the product arrived, and when they will ship?

Would you buy their services again?

Sorry for being such a lengthy first post, I checked the BBB.org on PDASmart.com they had an unsatisfactory rating, PocktPCTech is not listed on the site

Tell me which one you would reccomend.

I had the sync connector repaired on my x50v along with the ram upgrade by ppctechs. Excellent experience. Had it back in 6 days. Very good communications (email)

had my x51v serviced by them (bad audio jack). Had the unit back in 4 days from the time I dropped it off at the post office.

I was amazed. I have also ordered screen protectors and a couple of things from them. Always had lightning fast service on purchases too !!
