Hi...My X3 has always worked ok but last night I charged it up in it's cradle after a while it the orange light changed from orange then too white as it normally does when charged up but now no joy when powering on...any ideas please?.

Hi yes have tried both a soft and hard reset ....still no joy?.

Does the X3 have a hardware lock switch? If so check that first.

Other than that, take the battery out for a few minutes and replace it.

This sometimes kick starts things.

Hi,No hardware switch on the unit,have taken the battery out for 2 Hrs put it back in but no joy.

Have you tried starting the unit whilst it's in the cradle? That sometimes helps. The only other thing that I can think of (other than a hardware problem) is that somehow the dim setting has been adjusted.
