X30i problems

My X30 when the battery is 100% says that the reserve is abnormal when is 98% or less the reserve battery is normal....The fact is that when I change the battery (main) I must to make a hard reset.I ever had a backup in the and so I'm save.I think( suppose) that I must change the reserve battery. I want to buy one in the Smart.com.
Another thing is that I can't to sync more with the Outlooh 2000.Today I reinstalled both, the Outlook 2000 and the Active sync from the original disc, but I can't open the Activesync when connected. Any help please?, May I have another version of Activesync?
Thanks in advance.

You can get information about replacing the backup battery yourself from this thread:

X30i problems

You can download the latest version of AS from Microsoft:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...ivesync45.mspx

Note that versions 4.x don't allow for wifi syncing. If you need that, the latest version that will work for you is 3.8. You can get that from this link:

Microsoft ActiveSync 3.x Desktop Software - HPC Factor

What happened to lead you to reinstall Outlook and AS? If you are running Vista, AS won't work. You'll need Windows Mobile Device Center:

Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 (WMDC) | Download | Windows Vista

Activesync trouble

As ever tankyou Gigi, I uploaded the version 4.5 and evering is ok, now I must to see if I meet in São Paulo (Brazil) anyone who change the reserve battery, that in the first models was very easy to change, with a port for one clock battery, I don´t know how Dell did´nt resolve this problem in other way...

You're very welcome, baptista. You can try to change the battery yourself. There are instructions in the thread I posted earlier. By the way, all the later models have internal batteries.
