Can't install updates?

I've tried to run both of the updates but a msg pops up that says activesync is not connected and to try again?

Activesync is connected....so I'm not sure what the deal is?
Anyone else having this problem?

Soft reset Ax and reboot computer. If still having problems, uninstall AS and reinstall.

Hi, I had to lower my firewall settings (Zonealarm).

Perhaps you are having the same problem.
