Hello,

I have my 3xi since last week and I had to perform a hard reset.

Since the hard reset... I can't use my X3i anylonger ... I got the first prompt to tap on the screen which gets me to the ALIGN SCREEN prompt...

There is no way the device recognizes my taps (haven't tried the hammer though ;) ).

I'm not using any screen protectors and the device was working FINE (except for the software that made me do a hard reset).

Any help would be welcome since I want to have my X3i running asap

Call up Dell, tell em' the problem. They should have a replacement sent your way.
