Bizarre Stuff
Just got my X3i yesterday & immediately had Wi-Fi issues. After poking around and basically doing nothing for nearly 30 mins, it started working. Throughout the day as I turned the unit off/on it sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. After reading the forums, I see this isn't just my problem. Here comes the good stuff:

As I'm setting options and just personalizing my X3i, I notice that the backspace key won't work. I highlight the entire word, start over and as the auto complete gives me some words to choose from, I choose one. The Start menu opens. WHAT THE?!?

I ignore it and continue on. Later it happens again. I end up doing a hard reset and it goes away - for awhile.

I finally call Dell, jump through their hoops (try this, try that), and a replacement unit is on the way.

Another item: it occasionally turns on after I set it down on a table. I swear I'm not inadvertently touching any buttons! I even disabled them.

Hope the new unit works right because this is a really nice Pocket PC!!

Are you using a screen protector? Some have reported problems with digitizer response when their screen protectors got between the screen and frame.

I'm not using a screen protector (Dell tech support asked me that too).

WiFi issues
As soon as my x3i was fully charged I turned it on, pressed the connect button and was connected at once with no problems to my home network. I adjusted no settings on Axim or my router.
