Has anyone noticed a degraded performance from when they first received their x3i? I'm on my 2nd one (refurbished) and it's very recently (I've put a decent amount of programs on it) seemed to slow down a bit, for example, clicking an icon or the start menu, maybe a few seconds go by b-4 it reacts.

Any thoughts?

How much free memory is there? Would it be because you have a bunch of Today apps running?

actually, it's wierd...I just tested it, the only apps that are running, I've got a bunch of apps pulled into launcher, but the only running program is A/S. When I tested it (I removed it from the cradle), it responded much quicker??? Seems strange.

by default when on battery the x3i goes to 200mhz so when its got no power, it will run slow. you can change it thru power settings. i hope i understood your question.
