i cannot open the contacts program sometimes, either from the start menu or by pressing the button. it seems to occur when i have Internet Explorer on & connected to web wirelessly.
any thoughts ? Thanks .

There is a known issue with the contacts app and the task switcher. A soft reset will have it working again.

To reproduce the fault, soft reset, open a contact (ie the full screen contact) and then close the app using Switcher. Now try to open it again. Won't work.

Don't use the switcher to close the app with the contact fully open and you should not have the problem.
