when I turn on my X3i I get the message Unrecognized card enter the name of the driver. Where Can I get the driver for the wireless card built in?
Bought used all have is the companion cd

Try a hard reset, maybe a couple of times. If that doesn't fix it you will have to call Dell for a replacement. This happened to me twice. Did you by chance happen to load the LONUPUTY , the Dell Axim X3i 802.11b WLAN embedded module, v.11/21/2003, A00 patch prior to this?

No the unit has an ship date of 12/02/03 said not to use it.
