Is any one having problems with frequent screen freezes that require soft or hard resets? I'm talking 10 - 20 resets a day. This axim is only one month old.

Do you have a large sd memory card and, if so, do you have a My Documents folder on it? If not, add one and delete the ignore_my_docs file in the root directory of the card.

im the same but only when on the internet. it just doesnt load onto the next page sometimes and the only way to do it is with a soft reset

What is a large sd card?

1 gb
512 mb

I had the same problem...I did a hard reset (removed the battery) and it's been fine since.

MS also just released a patch and I installed that shortly thereafter, so I'm not sure what fixed it...

I was on a plane last weekend and passed my x3i off to my girlfriend who was content on playing a few games of solitaire to pass the time...when she 3 times - in a matter of 2 minutes - passed it back to me and said "it's frozen".

I had to do a soft reset each time...as nothing would respond.

I only have a 32MB SanDisk SD card in it (what ever difference that would make).

In summary, I encountered this reset situation as well (although only with solitaire so far)...

I would try installing the A01 patch from Dell's support site. In the patch it has some hardware fixes. That might solve the problem.
