My two week old Axim X3i died last week, and I just got the replacement from Dell. Interestingly, the old one was marked "A03" but the new one is marked "A04" (inside the battery compartment). I wonder what is new? Maybe WiFi works now?

Update: WiFi does *indeed* seem to work better on the new Axim. On my old A03 model, I had sporadic (at best) WiFi connections. With the new A04 model and the ROM update I've yet to see a problem with WiFi -- even with default power-save settings!
