For all those who bag on Dell Customer Service....
...you won't believe this...
I had the synch port go out on me and called Dell customer care and spoke with someone who readily offered to replace my Ax X3i...no questions asked.
Here's the unbelievable part - I got my new Ax THE NEXT DAY!
I had to keep thinking about when I called them, and could not believe it was yesterday! (got my Ax today)
So who's keeping score around here....put me down for EXTREMELY SATISFIED.
Sorry that I can't jump on everyone's bandwagon.
