So you have to soft reset every time after you lose a connection?

I dont have this latest one , I think one came out today or yesterday

http://www.aximsite.com/showarticle....&postid=263037

But Im current

I saw a downloadable driver on the Axim site
----------------------
Dell Fold-able Keyboard Driver
Description: Improving the driver compatibility with Inbox
Version: 1.25 Filesize: 0 bytes
Added on: 18-May-2003 Downloads: 801
HomePage | Rate Resource | Report Broken Link | Details
--------------------------------

So not sure if my Cd driver for this board is current
or not , I would think the cd is more current

Yours would be newer...the x3 wasn't even out in 2003 when that driver was released. You might want to clean the contacts on the keyboard and axim, but other than that, i can't offer any useful advice.

I have no problems with mine. I dont lose sync/connectivity with the axim. Check your connection with the keyboard, make sure the axim is in nice and tight. May sound stupid but its all I can think because I dont have issues with it.

I'm glad you're getting a new one...I've had mine for a little while now, and its great. Saves me a heap of time writing e-mails and Word documents....even just simple tasks.

I was a bit dubious of being able to justify the costs of my ever expanding bag of x3i accessories....but I can now use the Axim for just about everything I could a laptop, but for 1/3 of the total price.

Axim x3/x5...............don't leave home without it!
