Excellent Customer Service
I bought my x3i in March and was very happy with it until I tried using headphones. The sound in the right speaker was very distorted. I phoned Dell customer support last week Wednesday and I received a brand new replacement device yesterday (Thursday) and that includes the Easter weekend.

Never confuse Customer Care with Technical Support. There is a thick unscalable wall between them. I have received replacements (2 non-working so far) from TS within a day or two.
