I have an x3, have all the updated patches card see my local network ( no WEPenabled ) but does not obtain an IP. Only way I get internet is with the hot sync cable. Any suggestions ( I dont know much about wifi on ppc's)

OK I went through the FAQ and still no luck. I am thinking it might be my router D-Link 614+ vB.

Lots of people are having a hard time with these cards. Check out the socket forums, they have a thread pinned that talks specifically about your router.

Ya I read the Socket forums and there work around still doesnt work. I might just end up buying a new router.
