No response from Dell
Help please.
I want a refund for my Axim 3i, which has not worked since receipt despite 6 calls to technical support, each time I was told someone would call back and no calls have been received 2 further calls to customer support, where I was told I have to contact technical support for a refund. All suggestions tried hard and soft resets etc, you name it I've tried it. Have submitted 2 email complaints and still no response.
I thought Dell had a good reputation for support !!
How do I get a refund?
