I am a newbie. I have XP on my desktop and an X3i. I have been doing sync's for approx. a month with no problems. All of a sudden I go to sync and it will connect then go off. It will not stay on like usual and sync. The green circle goes on and it is like it is not reading my USB connection... I don't see the yellow circle like I use to either.....? Help

Thru looking at other threads, I found out what the problem was... My new installed AZLabs Firewall. I need to change allowances.... THanks again

i get a yellow circle too and then it will resync green...

i have a similar problem i think, i just got my x3i yesterday () and it always says that i have 1 unsyncronized file...i cannot get this to go away! its always there, after shutdown and soft reset...help...

Where is this file??? AvantGo will always say there's 1 file to sync since it's content downloaded from the web.
