Wifi won't turn off.

Hey everybody. My WiFi won't turn off. I push the button and nothing happens. Any ideas? I'm probably going to have to call Dell and deal with them on this. I was just hoping that somebody here knew what was up so I don't have to spend hours on this.

Have you checked to make sure the button is still mapped to the Wireless Power program?

This may or may not work , you have nothing to lose. Soft reset, if that doesn't work back the unit up then hard reset, may just be a fluke but if it becomes an ongoing problem I'd recommend returning the unit of course.
