When ActiveSync is active on my X3, there's no possibility to create a wireless connection at the same time.
After a syncronisation, I have to stop ActiveSync from the memory manager on the PDA before I can go on with the Wifi connection, as the program will not stop automaticaly.

Is this normal, or did I miss an option somewhere?

Let me put it this way: why does Activesync stay active (in memory) on the pocket after a sync?
It seems this is blocking the ability to create a wireless connection somehow....

My activesync is always in memory and does not effect my wireless connection. In fact, many people on this board sync wirelessly, as do I. I stopped using the cradle months ago.

There must be something else in your setup that is preventing the wireless connection.
