HELP!! Unresolved Item Won't Go Away!!

I installed a newer verison of Agile Messenger because it instructed me to.

Now my ActiveSync won't let the issue go! No matter what I put in the options "leave unresolved", "replace item on device", or "replace item on desktop" it won'tresolve the issue.

I don't know what the heck to do!! HELP!!??!!

Which item won't resolve? I'm unfamilar with Agile Messenger, but seem to have good luck figureing out unresolved item problems.

Is it the messenger.vol file? Just do a soft reset and sync again.

here's a thought maybe with a registry hack application,

you could 1st do a general backup (registry), then look

fer an entry fer this pesky application, i have a feeling

there's an entry but no executable to be found.

you did understood the importance of a backup.

Haha! I just happened to have done a full backup last night! LOL!

I spent an hour and a half trying to fix it. I just decided to just do a full restore to the backup I made last night.

So far, everything is going well...

... but, what can a person do when ActiveSync just won't let you resolve an issue?

What part wasn't working? The Files sync? If so, you may have to go one by one and remove files from your My Documents folder. It sucks, but there isn't any easy way.

All in all, ActiveSync must die.

What do you mean by "ActiveSync must die"?

Anyway, I'm having massive problems with ActiveSync so it would seem. Now it won't respond and is constantly freezing... WTF?
