Dell Handheld Support Phone Number

Well after waiting for an hour and a half yesturday afternoon... then to wait online, only to find out that they HAD to talk to me.... so again waiting two and half hours last night to STILL NOT talk to anyone..

.. I called Customer service and told them how ridiculous that was..... they agree and gave me a direct number for PDAs... so I decided that if I could help one from having to wait forever I would.....

I know, that this may sound unusual, but my hint for such a problem is also to contact other countries help-lines.

The German Dell Support is for sure able to speak also English, and I never had to wait longer than 2 Minutes.

So, maybe use this phonenumer next time :

Support +49 - 61 03 / 7 66 72 00

if you were to call the german toll-free number, do you still get charged long-distance cuz it's overseas?
