X3 doesn't recognize SD card

I bought a kingston 256 card, and my axim will not recognize it at all. I tried formating it on my PC and Axim, and still no luck. Is it supposed to get FAT filetype? when it asked to format it on the axim, the card said 0 free on my PC.

Try the ROM Update...

EDIT: ftp://ftp.dell.com/utility/ Look for the file called R71183. This is the ROM update.
