Major problems with my X3i

Had it since January, no problems, have installed many apps on it.

I turn it on and it's all been wiped

I charge it up fully and its constantly saying no power unless its hooked upto the mains power.

Apart from my total irritation because I had things like flexwallet with all my details on (details not held anywhere else so now have to contact 5 banks to send me login details again online) and tomtom. The tomtom maps were on an sd card but Ive only had tomtom for 1 month. Will it let me install it again (the software) on the pda?

I regularly activsynced it but to transfer files from my laptop to pda.

Am I totally screwed? Will Dell fix my PDA and if so, what about all the lost apps that have cost me over $200

Id call Dell immediately. If you lost the serials to your programs, email the developer. tell them what happened, and they should understand

Sprite Backup won't restore if you haven't actually done a backup.

If you have done no backup through Activesync, Sprite et. al. then you're pretty much out of luck. Dell won't be able to get the data back for you.

Yep, I agree. Call the developers and they should give you the registration codes. Try making a backup every time you install new purchased software.
