Does any one ever get this, once in a while whenever I press the contact button at the bottom, the program does not come on the screen, even when I go in the menu mode. The only way to get to work again I need to soft reset... I never upgrade ROM, patches or any of this, I try an updated ROM almost a year ago ended up removing it it wasn't working right.

were you running several other apps at the same time?

Have you ever hard reset the unit? When was the last time you soft reset? Maybe your answer is there.

I have the same problem. It does not seem to be related to other programs and only a soft reset will fix it. It kind of runs in streaks too. Will work fine for weeks then start acting up again.
I've just come to accept that that's the way it is. I too would be interested in any suggestions anyone has. Thx! Dave

It's a known issue from memory.

It depends on whether you close contacts on the main list screen or in the contact detail.
