I had to do a hard reset (first time in over a year) and now the Axim does not want to restart. What's up and what am I supposed to do now?

check the battery connections to make sure all the pins are connecting. will it turn on when in the cradle?

give us an idea of what you have tried already and what it was doing to require a hard reset. we'll try and help you from that.

It will not turn on in the cradle either. It was just completely locked up and would not do anything. When I did a soft reset, nothing happened. Still locked. After hard reset, a screen came on that talked about the wireless being disabled and to touch the screen to continue, which I did, but nothing happens.
