Built in storage question
I've lost "built in storage" forever. (I guess I could call dell) lol. My question is this...who needs it? My axim is working fine without it (512 mem card) So what's the issue for me with no BIS? I'm sure it'll freak tommorrow or something and this question will be answered for me, but seems like I can live without the "BIS"?????

Try to flash your ROM to A02. During the process, it will format the BIS for you. I had the same issue like you. After I tried to flashed the ROM to A02, it "gives" me back ... 32MB ?? Gezz.. better than nothing right?

.
.

Perform a Hard Reset, then CANCEL it when it asks.

This will sometimes bring back BIS.

DO A GOOD BACKUP FIRST!!!!!

I install all my apps in BIS to keep RAM free. I keep my mem cards for movies and backup only. If you don't need to load programs directly on the PDA, you probably don't need it.
