Hi there,

I was having troubles with bent wires on the connector from my AXIM3i, and I became a refurbished one from Dell Europe, but the connector, that caused the problems, wasn't with the refurbished Axim. I mean the connector, that you plug in on the bottom of the Axim and at the other side, it has a 5 Volt connector, in order to charge the battery without the cradle. But with Dell, no one knows that connector, they sent me a cable for the car instead. Does anybody has a part nr.of that connector and eventually a picture, so I can explain them what I need?

I purchased an Axim 3 a year ago and have gone through 3 so far. My current one does not work now... same issues...it crashed and rendered useless. Dell support is without a doubt the most frustrating process to go through. I truly believe this model is a manufacturing flop and Dell knows it! Any suggestions on how to deal with Dell for Axim #4 will be greatly appreciated.

Yours keeps crashing. That's not the same issue at all.
