Back in late September, 2004 I bent out of shape very badly the rods in the sync connector slot. I can no longer charge the pocket pc using the cradle. Due to this I would not be able to sync up with my desktop if I wanted to(that's another problem, I was never able to sync with my desktop but I'll handle that lster). From earlier threads of mine to this site concerning this situation, I got the name and website of a company that does this type of repair. It's called Pocket PC Techs(

Obviously this is a common problem since they have a page for replacing the sync connector. Their charge is $60.00 for the replacement.
Has anyone heard of them? Do they have a good reputation?
Is it worth getting my Dell X3i fixed?
I just want wanted to get some opinions.
