Hi

I have a Axim x3i and iu have two batteries so when i get teh message say my bttery is ruuing low i swop the bettery.

I turn the axim off and then relase teh battery wity the "PEN" then add teh new charged battery I then get the following :

A black screen with white text

"We have detceted a memory problem please press (calender symbol .. i think) to restart i do this and it restarts but Pocket windows then says there was a loss off power and data may have been lost ?????

The batre6y meters say my back battrey is normal anmd woudl last for 30 mins so what am i doing wrong ???

HELP ...

ide say get the longer lasting battery and stop switching

solves the problem...

you probably still had active sync or some other program running. try a soft reset before changing the battery.
