g'day,having problem with x3 freezing up, x3 can be in docking cradle on standby, cant get it to start need to softreset. On its own and it wont start , screen is blank but pressing start button -nothing happens, do soft reset away we go-sometimes need to softreset 2-3 times before x3 gets up and going.
have cleaned out junk,deleted excess and have basic system left but still same result, any ideas muchly appreciated cheers

Try a hard reset, then if it still crashes constantly, call Dell.

have tried hard rset several times, deleted partnerships and started fresh, still getting same freeze problem.even as type screen on standby but no pen touch will activate, on/off dosen't work, placing in cradle to sync- no movement. call dell??

Have you recently put a screen protector on your screen?

would like all to know that dell have supplied a new replacement at not cost (warranty run out on the 5th of feb) so thanks for help , dell didn't know either, so thanks to them as well.
