Choosing a "suggested word" shuts off Axim.
Hi all,
I have been having this problem for a few days now, can't get around it. (Haven't tried a hard-reset, yet.)

When I am typing something in Tasks, Appointments, Word, w/e, and a few word suggestions come up, I click one word, and instantly the Axim turns off, like I pressed the power button. Tried many soft-resets, happens in different programs. Very strange bug, never heard of anything like this before.

Any ideas?

That is an odd one. Not seen it before.

Does this happen in any program that suggestions are given?

Suggest (Dont' throw nothing at me) you call or visit Dell and see if they can help you. This sounds very uncommon.

Are you by any chance running Windows Media at the time? I have found that on my X5 if I have Windows Media paused, and I am in another app that the same thing happens. It stops when I exit Windows Media.

Not Windows Media, GS Player.

I just tried with no running apps, work no problem.
Tried with GSPlayer (which I almost always have loaded) and it shuts the screen off, I'm surprised I haven't noticed this before (that I am running GSPlayer in the background).

Thanks for the tip

As for calling Dell Tech Support, they only suggest one thing, hard reset in all cases

Thanks
